Reports

ModernFi aims to provide transparency to both banks and their depositors. To achieve this, ModernFi offers detailed reporting available via a suite of Reporting API endpoints. The data returned from these endpoints may be used to generate statements for the bank’s own internal tracking or for delivery to depositors with access to an insured sweep account.

Currently, ModernFi offers daily and monthly reporting endpoints.

Daily Reporting

  • Daily Program Account Report Endpoint: Provides information on the bank's previous day balance, current balance, and accrued interest for funds remaining in the omnibus account, allocated throughout the deposit network, and reciprocated to the bank’s receiving account from other sweeping institutions.
  • Daily Depositor Report Endpoint: Provides information on each in-program depositor's previous day balance, current balance, and accrued interest for funds remaining in the omnibus account and allocated throughout the deposit network.
  • Daily Allocation Report Endpoint: Returns the bank’s current allocation of depositor funds throughout the deposit network.

Monthly Reporting Endpoints

  • Monthly Depositor Report Endpoint: Provides information on a specific depositor's previous month-end account balance, current account balance, month to date average daily account balance, and month to date accrued interest for funds remaining in the omnibus account and allocated throughout the deposit network.
  • Monthly Program Account Report Endpoint: Provides information on the bank’s previous month-end account balance, current account balance, month to date average daily account balance, and month to date accrued interest for funds remaining in the bank’s omnibus account, allocated throughout the deposit network, and reciprocated to the bank’s receiving account from other sweeping institutions.

Altogether, these reports create a holistic view of the bank’s insured sweep account balances and interest accruals that can be used for monthly depositor statement generation and monthly or daily bank metric tracking.
